Perla del Garda is the brand of our wines produced exclusively with grapes from our km0 chain. We do not buy grapes or wine from other colleagues, we are a farm that exclusively processes its raw materials.

Perla del Garda is the only winery in the area to have introduced fall winemaking, inspired by the processing of grapes and must by gravity without the use of pumps until the end of the fermentation process.

Perla del Garda has achieved the MAKE IT SUSTAINABLE certification, becoming the first Sustainable Lugana and participates in the VIVA SUSTAINABLE WINE program of the Ministry of Agriculture.

The cellar is modern and innovative, designed and built to respect the environment. There are three work plans and coincide with the main processing phases: the arrival of the grapes with the selection of the bunches, the vinification at controlled temperature, the aging in barrels and the aging in the bottle.

We promote educational visits for schools and experiential visits for consumers and operators in the horeca sector with a new and innovative booking system from the website www.perladelgarda.it: the tastings are accompanied by jams, cheeses and cured meats from the area supplied exclusively by members of the Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori del Garda, farms and non-industrial products, accompanied by artisan bakery products at Km0.
